South Indian snacks is not hard to prepare at home..!!

I used help mom when I was a kid. And always thought it's very difficult and time consuming. Yeaahhhh.... it's all until you realise the hard work and time spent is definitely worth it... eat it and you will really really believe and agree that home made snacks are the best.. 

For the first time, all by myself.... heheheheπŸ€“ mom was beside me guiding..πŸ˜›
I prepared 'kajjaya' at home.. 

Kajjaya is traditionally prepared in south India during fest season.

 Deepavali , this is must...!!!

Rice flour is the main ingredient, sugar or jaggery can be used to make the syrup, dry coconut, soji, ellaichi and thill are added.. ahhhh aromatic..😍😍

Take equal amount of rice and sugar/jaggery.. I prefer jaggery...
